CONCOURS MONDIAL DU SAUVIGNON 2019

The Concours Mondial du Sauvignon is a contest organized by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, which takes care of the technical organization of the tastings and provides a guarantee of reliability and independence.

Even before being a competition, it presents itself as a moment and a meeting place for all the specialists of the supply chain, where wines of all nationalities are introduced and tasted.

After noting that the Sauvignon vine is among the most appreciated in the world for its exceptional qualities, it was born the idea to establish an international competition in which all countries of the world can participate, in order  to compare and appreciate the various qualities of this wine. 

The aim of the contest is to promote the excellent quality of the wines from the Sauvignon vine and to encourage its production. Added to this is the desire to encourage a measured consumption and make the public aware of all the richness and diversity of this grape variety.

in the 2019 edition our winery participated in the Concours Mondial du Sauvignon and won the silver medal with its Sauvignon D.O.C. Friuli 2019.
