AROMA : exuberant fruit with herbaceous hints that go from elderflowers to sage, from bell-pepper to magnolia flowers.
TASTE : in the mouth it is sapid displaying an aromatic persistence.
FOOD PAIRING : pastas and risottos, omelettes with fresh herbs, scampi and crustaceans.
SERVING TEMPERATURE : 10-12° C
